What if I need extra pages?
Extra pages are quoted separately, based on their content, layout, and features. We'll agree the added scope and price before the work starts. Package page limits include any legal pages.
What if I need more time or changes?
The build includes the review rounds listed in your package. A round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope.
Extra rounds, additional features, or work beyond the monthly care allowance need a separate approved quote. You'll know the cost before the extra work begins.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo, business details, final text, and images you have permission to use. Copywriting, branding, photography, and translation can be quoted separately.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Domain connection is included in the build. Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid plugins, booking tools, stock assets, and transaction fees are paid separately. Any costs are agreed before purchase.
Who owns the finished website?
Your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. After full payment, project-specific site files and access are handed over. Third-party tools, fonts, and reusable components retain their licences.
How does monthly care work?
Content time covers supplied text or image edits on existing pages. Unused time expires each month. The quote confirms the supported platform and backup coverage.
New pages, features, redesigns, major repairs, emergency work, and 24/7 support are excluded. Extra work needs an approved quote.
Plans renew monthly. Cancel before renewal to end care at the close of the paid month. Support is during business hours, with timing agreed per request.
Can you build a store or something custom?
Online stores, member portals, payments, custom software, migrations, and complex integrations need their own quote. Ongoing SEO and formal accessibility audits are also quoted separately.
